Return Policy
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agree to the terms at the time of purchase.
Returns:
Period: You have 30 days from receiving your product to return it. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and some personal care items.
Initiating the process: If you wish to return a product, please send an email to: support@mazuq.co.za with your order number, reason for return, possibly a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details.
Refund:
Procedure: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email approving or rejecting your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Late or no refund: If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@mazuq.co.za.
Costs:
Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost returns. The return must be shipped to China, and costs start at €20, which are borne by the customer.
Exceptions:
Defective or incorrect products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a new product free of charge. If it happens again, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated system.
